Hi all, I have just read a review of the new Safari 4, and I found these statistics.
First of all, they say that they managed to beat the speed of Chrome.. only by 200 milliseconds.
Here are the stats of the browsers loading time on a PC with a 2.1GHz Intel Core 2 Duo (Source: Cnet.com):
1) Safari 4 (910ms)
2) Mozilla Minefield 3.2a1 (1,136ms)
3) Google Chrome (1,177ms)
4) Firefox 3 (3,250ms)
5) Opera 9.6 (4,076ms)
6) Internet Explorer 8 (5,839ms)
7) Internet Explorer 7 (39,026ms)
(Poor IE7)
Another thing that shocked me was that, they moved their tabs to the top, just like Google Chrome has themSo it seems to me that they are copying Chromes things...
Anyways, thats just my opinion.. and that was just to let you guys know.
