Hi there, I had an idea (I did the search the forum thing, but didn't find anything directly about what I'm thinking of)
It can basically be surmised in this image:
The tab circled would be added, when you hit the + sign, also circled in red.
The idea is that if you're wanting to research a topic, you click the top add button and it brings up a new 'grouping' tab above the regular tabs. Then you can drag and drop any of the lower tabs into this group, and they will group together underneath the upper tab.
Most of this grouping behavior is already available, I know. But with this the possibilties are further, for instance it could be good to incorporate a special menu for the 'grouped' tab so that on clicking it you could "Save the group" or "Close all group" or even "Bookmark entire group" which could then save each url under a folder in your Research Bookmark.
That's the just of the idea. No development of it planned at the moment.
Basically, I don't have the programming background to make this happen, just wanting to put it out there to make contact and hear whether this is a useful idea, before I put anymore work towards it
