Default Simple toolbar creation

    Hello everyone,
I am somewhat new to the plugin creation scene and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I am trying to make a simple toolbar that would allow me to click a button the would redirect you to a link. Something like a google toolbar. Any help would be appreaciated.

You can't make toolbars, however, you can add a panel to the toolstrip at the bottom.

I've seen that before, I was wondering how to make each button redirect to a link.

Would it be ahref="www.google.ca" with <>

Toolstrips merely contain HTML data, so yes, Text would work for that.

I have tried this, it does not work. It shows the google homepage within the button. I would actually need the button to open google in a new tab/window.
    Code:

      a href="www.google.ca">google

Any idea on how to make this work?

Before asking for help read at least some docs about HTML. Here is a description of the tag. In short, RTFM! =)

And don't forget the necessary toolstrip code around everything in the body of it:
    Code:

(And of course > and < in your post it display > and < instead of getting it interpreted as HTML.)

toolstrip-button class isn't obligatory, i think. it just puts the images used in the bookmarks bar to show the edges of the buttons around the toolstrip.

upd. in fact, div tag is not obligatory too =)
