    Default StumbleNow PreAlpha

    hey guys

I just tried to make an extension by myself.
Its nothing big and doesn't look very good (especially the code)
Its more a proof of Concept than a real extension at the time.

    The featurelist is simple:
    - login with your stumbleupon account
    - choose a channel
    - and stumble

At the moment, the login datas won't be saved, and errors arn't handled...

    But maybe someone is interested...

    UPDATE
    Version 0.2 Released

    New Features:
    - Extension starts only with a stumbleupon icon and open with a click on it.
    - Userdatas will be saved in a cookie
    - Error handling
    - Bugfix to make sure a page only come one time
    - Autoupdate

I also tidyed up the code a lot.
I think, now it is stable, but please report bugs if u locate one...

It's pretty nice. Apparently moles don't work on Linux though. x.x; I Can't switch categories because of that.
One suggestion I'll make though. I think saying "Stumble" next to the icon is unnecessary, you could make it just the icon to save space and it would be just as obvious what it does.

Thanks for the extension though. I love stumbling when I'm bored. :]

    thanks for reply...
I think, i will do it like that in the next version whitch i upload at sunday or monday.

But there is one problem: My english is not very good, so i don't know if it's legal to offer this extension, cause i don't realy understand the stumbleupon's terms of use.
Can someone help me with that?

    My next features will be:
    - bugfix to don't display a site more than one time if u stumble fast(a parameter i don't use at the moment)
    - save userdatas
    - i like it/don't like it button
    - some error handling (wrong password, server offline,...)
-antivir means there is a virus in my extension... don't really now why, but i try to change that...

I'm not very good with legal things but I don't know why it wouldn't be okay. The URLs you use are public knowledge, and your extension is not made from decompiling the FireFox extension. That to me says it's okay. But I don't know for certain.
