Default Is there a Flash Blocker plugin?

I am a new Chrome user. I have ver 2.0.172.33. My question: Is there a Flash Blocker plugin that stops Flash from displaying/running but includes the ability to run Flash by choice. Thanks.

Thank you. I downloaded flashblock.crx. How do I open/install it? Windows (I have XP Pro) does not recognize the extension. Somewhere I read that WinZip will open it. I have WinZip ver. 12.1 Pro, but it says "It does not appear to be a valid archive". Evidently I am doing something wrong.

Make sure you are on the dev version and double click it.

Also, read the FAQ. All this info is in there.
