Default Toolstrips limited to toolbar area?

    Hi,

I am writing a google Chrome extension.
How can I implement drop-down, pop-up menus or other elements that require more space than one line as toolstrips?
Am I limited to the toolbar area at the bottom of the Chrome browser?

The only thing I was able to use is an option-select menu. Can I somehow use this as a basis for more complex elements?

    Thanks,
    Aaron

You can dynamically resize your toolstrip, allowing for "pop-right" and "pop-left" menus. ^^; But other than the above that's about it.

    Thanks.
This looks like a major limitation.
Benni, do you know of actual plans to support pop-ups or is it just a guess?
Waha, I saw your Sticky Notes workaround for this problem using content scripts (great!), but I need something that works for all tabs and all URLs...

In the last release they introduced toolstrip "moles"...
    How do you use them?

I havnt really found any documentation for the 'moles', but as I understand it, it's just a small popup window above the toolstrip, not a windows with space for dropdownlists - But just a feeling, I don't know for sure
