Hello,

I am dealing with a very strange issue with flash player sometimes not working on our websites when looking at them with Chrome...

Here are some specifications:

Chrome version 4.0.249.89
Flash Plugin Shockwave Flash
Dateiname: NPSWF32.dll
Shockwave Flash 10.0 r45

Problem: clicking on "Play" does not make the videos play...
This problem occurs neither in FF nor in IE - just with Chrome (and Safari).

It is also not a problem with the video/player itself, as you can play the same video on another site, f.i.

(but on this site you can not play the small videos below it...)

The player we use is a JW player (see http://www.longtailvideo.com/players/jw-flv-player/) based on version 4.6 (r567).

Our videos are rtmp streams.

We use jquery library 1.2.6 / but if we try with 1.4.2 it is the same...

Trying to help myself is quite difficult there, as when I want to debug the flash player, I can perfectly do this with FF, but not with Chrome. Debugging with Chrome lets the browser flash plugin crash.
