    Default Google Chrome "Load unpacked extension" Button Does Not Exist

    Hello all,
    I followed the instructions here but I do not have the "Load unpacked extension".

    What am I missing?
    The Dev Channel version is: 4.0.203.2

    Please help.

    it will be available soon;
    maybe in the next version of Dev Chrome

    it is presently available in Chormium
    What version of Chrome are you running?
