Try searching this forum before asking. There are PLENTY of user scripts floating around.

You can also read through here: Chrome Extensions, Bookmarklets & Userscripts Compilation

If you want to make sure a User Script is loaded you can check by typing chrome-user-script: followed by the filename of the script in the omnibox.
This doesn't tell you if there are errors in the script or not, but if you see the script's code then it's for sure loaded and Chrome is trying to use it on the pages.
For example if you have the User Script google_images_large_images.user.js type chrome-user-script:google_images_large_images.user.js in your omnibox.

Goto the page it's supposed to match on and open the JavaScript Console (ctrl+shift+J, or Page Menu->Developer->JavaScript Console) and see if there are any errors from the User Script.
You are looking for something like this:

If nothing like that shows up, it's either working or not executing.
If something like that does show up, it's not Chrome compatible, and you'll have to look forward to the full release of User Script support in Chrome.

I cannot believe the trouble you all go trough for a guy who does not post more than 10 words at a time and is unable to even describe his problem. (ignorance or just plain lazy?)
But then again I guess it is the purpose of this forum...

Eh no trouble. ^^; With things like this, some people don't know what's going on enough to describe their problem.
