This happens when I load the theme

I just tested a few themes with chrome's load extension feature.
Two were made with CTTM, the other four were older themes of mine.
I got the same thing as you with both the CTTM themes, and with two of the older themes.
The two older themes that loaded correctly, had only one small difference: the height of the toolbar was 8 pixels greater on those.
I'll changed the crop size for toolbar and re-test.

Still the same. I guess you'll just need to pack and install the theme.
This is apparently an issue with chrome, as it affects older themes not made with CTTM.

Thanks for the info man, cool and awesome app, I'll wait for you to fix it, but now I have to make it manually.
