I am new and I don't know how to make a theme or anything like that. If someone could tell me what everything means and what to do, that would be great.

Okay, I looked at the instructions but I am still a little confused. I don't know very much about this at all, and I am not sure what to do after I have downloaded the Theme Creator files. Basically, I have done steps 1 & 2, but I am confused about step 1 because it says that you have to save the themer.exe where CTC 2 was installed, so do I just save themer.exe in the other folder?
Sorry If i'm being annoying, I just don't understand this at all.

never mind. I decided to just do crx because it seems easier, and I downloaded the crx theme creator, but when I tried to open it, a message pops up that says that windows cannot open it because it doesn't know what program created it.

okay, I'm having too many problems with this. I'll try again later when I learn more about this stuff. For now I'll just stick to other people's themes.

the downloaded file is a rar file; use any unzip application to extract the contents of the file; eg winzip, 7 zip, etc
