Manifest Editor is a theme editor for Google Chrome.

It allows the user to extract the theme folder containing the manifest.json and the images folder from an existing theme,
and provides a gui to help edit the manifest.
It then allows the user to build or test the newly edited theme.

In this early version, the gui doesn't support adding new images, but you can edit the existing images with an image editor, before building.
New images will need to be added manually, after you are done editing the manifest.

My intentions are to combine Manifest Editor with Total Chrome Theme Maker.
