I've recently just started making themes. I use crxtheme.exe to create my themes and I know there are other ways around, like coding it yourself.

Just need some questions to be answered. Is it possible to have multiple ntp_background images with different properties? If yes, how do we do it and how will I be able to arrange the layer orders.

In CSS, by having extra, you could create parrallax effect with multiple background images. Is it possible to do that for chrome themes?
