Well if it's crx you can upload it to a random file site like mediafire.com or megaupload or even get a deviantart account and upload it there >.> I think you are supposed to be able to upload it here but I haven't been able to see that option V.V

Hi guys,

Using your Chrome browser you can either type:
chrome:/extensions then click the link at the very bottom right (get more extensions)
or type http://chrome.google.com/extensions
Then "Publish your extensions" link on the left.

Make sure you have your manifest.json and images all zipped up.
your_title.zip file (inside this zip)
> manifest.json
> images etc

OR, as an alternative, you can go here: http://valorsolo.com and upload your created .crx

As for uploafing your files on this site (chromeplugins.org) I am not sure you can, I haven't seen an option to date.
