    Next time, make sure you backup your original default.dll (change the name to default.dll.old for example).

    I would name it with the version number

    301921default.dll
    What version of Chrome are you running?

    You shouldn't have to worry ...

    In the latest Dev builds you've got the ability to reset to the original theme ...

    Tools > Options > Personal Stuff > Themes > Reset to default theme ... ;-)

    That only works for .crx themes.. If you replace the whole .dll, reseting using the options won't work.
