1- Download the Chromium Theme Creator or from Here
2- Download Jedi Knight's theme folder here http://valorsolo.com/download.php?id=52, rename it to "theme.zip" and copy it to C:\Program Files\Chromium Theme Creator
3- Download the attached zipped .rc build file and extract it to the program's directory (by default it is at C:\Program Files\Chromium Theme Creator)
4- Modify the theme images as much as you want to make your theme.
5- Pack it up
6- Post it on Chrome forums like this one
7- Make your themes become popular
8- Be happy

note: When Chrome is updated, a new .rc file and new images must be downloaded in order to create themes

I just found out this was possible with Chrome, but I can't find the default.dll file. Since all of the tutorials except this one refer to that file, I can't make my theme until the link you posted is updated, or someone shows another workaround.

^ try looking a little more around this site . key word ''.crx file'' .
.dll files haven't been used for a couple years .
also search chromethemev1.0, total chrome theme maker or crx theme maker .
better yet, you would want to search in a forum that has to do with say...........theme development .
