The theme looks promising, but the bookmarks bar is the same color as stock Chrome, so it looks a bit weird. Gonna try and find a different dark them in the mean time.

The theme actually worked, download it, install it and then restart chrome and your done!

i have chrome 2.0.172.37 and the dst dark theme works great, thanks for getting rid of the blues

Great. Even works under Linux!!! 3.0.192.0(0)
The bottom bar is a little to narrow on Linux – but apparently works well on Windows.
